When you submit a consultation request or contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred location, and any details you share about your tattoo or scar. We may also collect standard analytics data (such as pages visited) to improve our site.

SMS consent
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Laser Eraser Now, LLC related to scheduling your treatment. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as scheduling, financing, or email delivery), and as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (to count visits and see which pages people read) and Google Ads conversion tracking (to measure which of our ads lead to a consultation request or booking). These tools set the following cookies:
- _ga (Google Analytics): distinguishes one visitor from another so visits can be counted. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_WWGG871TNK (Google Analytics): keeps track of your current visit for our Google Analytics property. Expires after 2 years.
- _gcl_au (Google Ads): links visits and inquiries to Google ad clicks. Expires after 90 days.
- _gcl_aw (Google Ads): set only when you arrive from a Google ad; stores the ad click ID. Expires after 90 days.
- le_gclid, le_gbraid, le_wbraid and le_utm_source, le_utm_medium, le_utm_campaign, le_utm_term, le_utm_content (our own): set only when the link you arrived on carries an ad click ID or campaign tag. They store that value so it can be attached to a consultation request you send us. Expire after 90 days.
When you submit a consultation request, the email address and phone number you entered are sent to Google Ads in hashed (encoded) form so Google can match the inquiry to an ad click. If you book online through our booking page, the email address used for the booking may be sent the same way. Google describes how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
On pages that show our payment plan button or calculator, our financing partner Cherry stores an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to operate and measure its widget.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center.
